Home EdVenturers organise a range of boat trips onboard the Worcester-Birmingham & Droitwich Canal Society (WBDCS) narrowboat Cecilia, specifically for home educating families. All trips have an educational opportunity or theme and resources to facilitate further learning after the trips can be supplied.

You do not need to be a member of WBDCS to join in with these activities, but you do need to be currently home educating or seriously considering it.

These trips are possible only with the amazing generosity of time, energy and knowledge from the society and it’s volunteers. They are organised to suit all ages and abilities. Those with additional needs are very welcome and we also offer a focused program for those with anxiety.
